Application of Drum Screen in Domestic Waste Treatment
The application of drum screen in domestic waste treatment is mainly in the pretreatment system (sorting and pre-crushing). The trommel is used to separate the mixture of silt, kitchen waste and residue, fiber plastic cloth organic matter, metal, glass, and other recyclable materials. The drum screen also can be widely used in mining, coke, coal, electric power, building materials, metallurgy, chemical, and other industries. The drum screen structure
The drum screen is mainly composed of a motor, reducer, roller device, frame, sealing cover, and inlet and outlet.
The roller device is installed on the frame obliquely. The motor is connected with the drum device through a coupling through a reducer and drives the tilt and rotation of the drum device to turn and roll the materials on the screen surface so that the qualified materials (products under the screen) are discharged through the screen on the outer circle of the drum. Unqualified materials (products on the screen) are discharged through the end of the drum. Due to the overturning and rolling of the material in the drum, the material stuck in the screen hole can be ejected to prevent the screen hole from being blocked.
The application of drum screen in domestic waste treatment
The trommel can not only be used in mining, coke, coal, electric power, building materials, metallurgy, chemical and other industries, but also in the treatment of domestic waste. For example, After sorting and pre-crushing, the mixture of mud, sand, and kitchen waste, fiber plastic cloth organic matter, metal, glass, and other recyclable materials can be separated through a drum screen.
After the silt and kitchen waste mixture are fermented, the agricultural refined compost and residual organic matter are separated by a drum screening machine. The residual organic matter sieved by the drum and the fiber plastic cloth organic matter separated by the pretreatment system enters the nitrogen-protected microwave pyrolysis system, which can separate the combustible gas, liquid residue, and activated carbon from garbage pyrolysis for use. By classifying and processing the garbage step by step, raw materials of different components are obtained, and all of them are converted into products with higher added value, which can achieve the purpose of improving the renewable utilization rate of resources and increasing economic benefits.
