Introduction for dewatering screen
TS series high frequency vibration dewatering screen is mainly used for fine grain dewatering and grading, slime or tailings recycling. Its application area are very extensive, such as mining, chemical, metallurgy, coal, building materials and some other industries. Vibration dewatering screen is suitable for materials with particle size of 0.074-10mm. The final water content of dehydrated material can be down to 12%-15%.
Dewatering screen adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology, universal eccentric block, and adjustable amplitude vibrator. Mainly consists of sieve box, exciter, support system and motor. Two mutually unconnected vibrators are operated synchronously and reversely. The centrifugal force generated by the two sets of eccentric masses is superimposed on the component of the vibration direction and counterbalanced by the centrifugal force to form a single vibration along the vibrating direction, making the screen box Reciprocating linear motion.
Dewatering screen can also be used alone when it is applied to some materials with low clay content. Because quartz sand generally has low mud content, using sand washers to wash sand is not only energy consuming but also ineffective. The most important thing is that the dewatering screen has a lower investment cost than sand washer.
