Spring cone crushers are gradually being replaced by hydraulic cone crushers. No matter what kind of cone crusher, the pulley drives the horizontal shaft during operation, thereby driving the eccentric sleeve to rotate, and the rotation of the eccentric assembly will make the crusher move in a circular trajectory in the horizontal direction. Therefore, under this vibration trajectory, the belt installation between the motor pulley and the crusher pulley becomes an important factor.

1. Installation without shock-absorbing anchor bolts

The installation scheme of non-damping anchor bolts is more common in fixed crushing and screening production lines. Both the crusher and the motor are connected to the steel base through bolts, and the whole is installed on the concrete foundation through anchor bolts. The advantage of this installation method is that all installations are rigid connections, and the overall rigidity is good. The disadvantage is that the concrete foundation and the steel base are not uniformly stressed, and the installation connections are often damaged.

2. Overall shock absorption + anchor bolt installation

The overall shock absorption + anchor bolt installation scheme adds shock absorption blocks between the steel base and the concrete foundation. When the equipment is working, the motor and the crusher move horizontally on a circular track as a whole, and the motor and the crusher maintain a relatively static relationship. This installation method has the advantages of uniform foundation force, good stability, can reduce equipment vibration and short construction period, and is widely used in fixed crushing and screening production lines. In the mobile crushing production line, it is necessary to change the concrete foundation to the frame of the steel structure.

3. Motor fixed + crusher shock-absorbing installation

Motor fixed + crusher shock-absorbing installation scheme is more common in mobile crushing stations. Due to the limitation of the installation size, the motor generally cannot be too high, so it cannot be damped. However, during the working process of the equipment, there are two disadvantages in the relative movement between the crusher pulley and the motor drive pulley: the life of the belt is reduced and the belt is easy to disengage from the pulley.
