Concrete Mixing Plant Sewage Treatment
The sewage treatment plant of the concrete mixing plant designed and developed by Longzhong is a closed automatic sewage treatment system. Through screening, cleaning, dehydration, recycling, solid-liquid separation, sludge dehydration, and other links, the sludge and clean water in the entire system are separated. The recovery rate of sand and gravel screening is high, and the sewage is purified and recycled to save resources, reduce water consumption, and meet environmental protection requirements.
The sewage treatment plant of the concrete mixing plant mainly includes sewage treatment pipelines, sewage tanks, clean water tanks, sediment separation equipment, screening equipment, fine sand recovery equipment, dryers, thickening tanks, filter presses and other parts.
Screening equipment: A dewatering screen can be used to dewater the sand and gravel, and the swinging screen can classify the sand and gravel for reuse of raw materials.
Fine sand recovery equipment: The sand washing and recycling integrated machine or the fine sand recycling machine can be used to realize the washing, dewatering and recycling of the materials under the screen after screening through the cyclone.
Dryer: After drying, the dried material enters the grading sieve for classification.
Thickener: Separation of mud and water is achieved through concentration and sedimentation, and tailwater purification is achieved.
Filter press: The thickened sludge in the thickening tank is pressed into a sludge cake through a belt filter press or a box filter press to achieve sludge dewatering and dry stacking.
The sewage from the concrete mixing plant is collected into the sewage transfer tank through the sewage treatment pipeline. After dehydration and screening, water and sand are separated. After dehydration and screening, water and sand are separated. Sand and gravel enter the fine sand recovery equipment for fine sand recovery, drying, secondary screening and grading. After screening, the gravel enters the raw material plant and mixes again into finished concrete. After dehydration, the tailwater is subjected to mud-water separation operation through the thickening tank. The generated clean water enters the clean water rotating pool directly from the overflow. At the same time, the mud at the bottom of the thickening tank is pumped into the filter press, and the concentrated mud is pressed into a mud cake by the filter press to achieve a dry pile for other purposes. After pressure filtration, the clean water also enters the clean water rotating tank to realize the recycling of clean water and zero discharge of the entire process.
